Q: Where can I find a yz 125 dirt bike Christmas Ornament?
not like ceramic ones, but like a small plastic ones that maybe i can personalize the front number plate

A: I would look at a store like walmart for a toy motorcycle, put a hook or string on it. Customize at will. The only ones I find online are yz450f's.Check out the ones on this link.

Q: Good ideas for ornaments needed.!?
Okay, so i have a really big family, and I really want to get them all a present and I was thinking about ornaments. I wanted to buy personalized ornaments but that gets expensive when you are buying about 10 of them at 15 dollars a piece. So I would appreciate good sites, cheaper if possible, or good ideas on how to make really nice ones. Much appreciated! Merry Christmas!

A: Try http://www.orientaltrading.com They sell ornaments in bulk (usually by the dozen) and there are tons to choose from--even some you put together yourself! http://www.orientaltrading.com/application?namespace=browse&Ne=90000&Ntk=all&Ntx=mode%2bmatchallpartial&cm_re=TOP-_-CR-_-CR&event=catalog&N=381704&origin=catalogCategory.jsp&tabId=Christmas&cm_re=MF1-_-MF1-_-MF1

Q: Is Ignorance bliss? All democrats out there?
*Just so everyone knows, I didn't write this but I want some major feedback, come on democrats out there, I want to respond to her with the facts! What is your response to this? George W. Bush, hates him. Everyone blames him for their money problems. For their maxed out credit cards, their sorry jobs, the gas prices, the war in Iraq, their family problems....everything. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? One man did not do this to you guys. Sweethearts, if you could learn to SAVE your HARD EARNED money, and stop spending it on things that you don't need, like ignorant gambling (which gambling is okay if you have loads of extra money) and stupid needless things such as christmas ornaments with personalized names, new appliances or decor for your house that you do not need, gucci purses and prada shoes, one night of partying at a famous club and throwing your money in the air....there are plenty of things we could cut back on...but george bush personally came to your house, adn told you how to budget your money...right? If people that are like 18 or 17 years old would stop having babies and getting married so early and starting families, or people would learn to spend money wisely, people would be alot less stressed out on debt issues. *credit cards* I watched the Obama speech tonight on channel 8, (and he had plenty thrown at his face on the tv btw) and he mentioned that he would FIX the maxed out credit cards; basically blaming George Bush on that....number 1, no one can fix that but the people that max them out. Stupid people...stop getting credit cards, and if you get them, pay them off. BLAME YOU instead of someone else. *sorry jobs* (if you're working a dead end job and aren't happy about it..go to school. Schools accept people of all ages, and even if it's expensive, get student loans and try to get scholarships, and if you have no money...you are eligable for grants :) May be high prices to pay when you graduate, but... no dead end job is quite worth it. Stop fucking up your own life. Save your money and grow up. :) Have a self realization moment and realize who is to blame. :) Gas prices: We are running of gas. Yes, george bush actually had him a "gas" party where he and all other republicans got totally wasted and drank all of our gas out of a keg. In case you didn't know...gas doesn't last forever. :) And that would also be our fault that we are running out...because we use it. Not a bad thing for us, things just run out. We are in demand for gas. We should find new ways to get around not using gas. Once again...blame it on someone or no-one right. When O bomb everyone gets in office, gas still will be a nonrenewable resource. Read your science books before you believe everything someone promises. THE WAR IN IRAQ. ah. No one likes war. War is horrible, right? Just pointless killing and endless fighting for no reason whatsoever. *i'm sure the US soldiers, who are indeed fighting for a purpose & at least they realize this (there is some hope) would love to know that they really have US supporting them. And if they are over there risking their lives, on volunteer circumstances, then there must be SOMETHING to fight for. For one...I'm sorry AMERICA have we forgotten what happened on September 11th...I know that we remember and cry and watch movies about it in school..only on that day, but what about every other day?? LEt me remind you...TERRORISTS (which are real and our next president was found to be working with one) took over American Planes and drove them into the twin towers, killing tons of people. It wasn't a threat on the us..it was an attack. Killing people is called an attack. It was a massacre. NOw...let's get into the heads of the people that died on that day because of these people. Do you think they are looking at the US right now and are proud that we are in war with these people over their life? yeah they are. Bush saw what happened, and made his decision...he didn't take a poll on what people thought, like clinton would have...because BUSH IS A LEADER. A leader does not make his decision on the decisions of others. input is okay, but why we elect a president is to rule this country, and that is what he did and does. :) Would you rather have the people coming here more to attack us more, or would you rather seek vengence by attacking them? I'm not a violent person at all, but I know what's right and wrong. And we are doing what is right. Also, we are in Iraq killing the members of the TALIBAN. Which is a group of people that strictly DICTATED Iraqi people. If yo udon't know what they do to these citizens...here's a few rules they have... 1.) Women are not allowed to get education, work, wear anything but an outfit covering everything but their eyes, & they had to paint their windows black so noone could see them. They get raped and beaten and shot everyday for no reason. 2.) the citizens are not allowed to listen to music, Thanks for reading,Bob :) Do you have any more insight? I'd be very interested in what you have to say :)

A: Bush is a leader who makes poor policy choices that have affected all of us. Sure, there are irresponsible people out there, but when you are living on a budget, and gas goes up 2 dollars a gallon, food prices double, your mortgage goes through the roof, tuition for your kids and taxes are up, and your job is outsourced because big business gets subsidies and don't care about anything but cheaper labor anymore, because o policy decisions designed by and put into effect by, in essence, the leader, you have every right to be angry. Blame us for the poor economy and that we can't afford the inflation when they send out jobs away? That's entirely fair when the richest people keep getting richer and the poor keep getting more poor. It's not a matter of right and wrong, it's a matter of people who aren't poor don't know what it is like to be poor and tell others to work harder, be more responsible, they're lazy, it's their own fault, but when society frowns on the poor and makes it as hard as possible for them to rise up, it's not their fault when they're poor. I know there are people living outside their means, but that's not the case for many other people. Also, there were no terrorists in Iraq before we went there, Saddam was a bad dictator, but he had kept the terrorists from entering Iraq. I know many soldiers who feel the war is about oil and profits for the US rich and the rich middle-easterners who are in bed with them, and not about anything else, who disagree and wish to come home and not fight the war. Guess there are 2 side to every story.

Q: Christmas Gift Ideas?
This year I want to give my friends cute little gift bags. I don't know though what to include. I'm going to decorate little personalized ornaments for the bags. What else should I do? Thanks in advanced! By the way, this would be for about 35 people, so the ideas have to be simple and easy to make or cheap to buy.

A: I would put some: Candy canes (always a must) Chocolate Covered Pretzels (with different sprinkles) A cute small stuffed animal (from the dollar store) Chocolates (always a great idea) A homemade card (cute and glittery) M and M's Lip Gloss (cheap) And..... a CD of your mixes (song's everyone will love, even though everyone has I Pods now) Best of luck and I hope that this helps!

Q: Winter wedding question! Hi. we are still in the process of setting and finalizing our wedding plans. If we?
select and are able to get married in the early part of December 2009, being that it is a few weeks away from christmas, we would probably go with a "christmas theme" for our decorations and colors. So what I was wondering from a ll the good people at yahoo answers is a two part question: 1. should bridesmaids be apple red or wine colored. and what color roses? red roses or black magic roses. it could be one of 4 color combos - which do you like best - 1. apple red dresses with red roses 2. apple red dresses with black magic roses 3. wine colored dresses with black magic roses or 4. wine colored dresses with red roses (this would most likely be the choice if we get married in Sept or Oct - but I'm now asking about December). So, what color combination would be best for the bridesmaids for a christmas themed wedding. (would the decorations of the catering hall make a difference? AND ALSO: A previous question asked about favors for a winter wedding and one of the answerers said that ornaments are ok, but predictable. And if the person did that to not get the ornaments personalized. Now, I like the personalized idea. Think of it a christmas tree ornament that said "Hope and Sal's wedding" Dec. 2009 -(not our real names) but the poser did bring up a point - as a guest, if you were going to get an ornament anyway, would you prefer a personalized one from the wedding like above? OR a plain ornament, but in a personalized box? as in that the box would have from the wedding info? Thanks in advance! Curious to know what people think! Hi. Thanks. want to add a few details. I gave lots of info, bc I wanted to give a complete description of situation. We haven't picked our date yet. But most likely it will be the end of next year. So Sept, Oct , Nov or Dec. We will have the wine dresses with red flowers if we go with a fall month. But December is winter. So I was wondering what people thought. I have heard both red & wine for Christmas-y colors, wanted to know what others thought. I know i have to call reception hall to see what colors they decorate in, & thats why I was wondering if it would make a difference for the indoor pictures. Oh yeah. We & all of our families & all of my friends are Catholic, a Christian religion. His co-workers are the only ones that we're not exactly certain of their religion, but most are of some Christian denomination. & my guy is very religious, & Christmastime is his favorite time of year. So the thought of a Christmas wedding was beautiful. & its OUR wedding!

A: I like the idea of Red dresses (wine or apple) both will be stunning, with white roses. Then you can carry red roses, it will match but yet make your dresses and flowers pop! Love the color combo. I would personally like a plain ornament in a personalized box that has your name and wedding date on it! Also you can do a Christmas theme with out going over board and being typical or expected. Just have hint of decorations here and there, special touches! I think it going to be a beautiful wedding. Best wishes and good luck in all your planning!

Q: Hi! I am spending this Christmas Eve with my boyfriend's family. Does anybody have ideas for what to get them?
I am in college so I am working on a budget. I want the gifts to be something small and thoughtful. His family includes his dad, mom and older brother. His brother's gf is also going to be there this year. Am I supposed to get her something? I've met her once when I was visiting them in NY (with my bf) and spent a night in the studio she shares with his brother. For his brother, I have no idea what to get him. My bf tells me that he's picky and doesn't like things that take up space so to be wary of getting him an object unless I know for sure he wants it. Is it weird to maybe get them a personalized couples ornament? I plan on getting a $15 gift certificate to a nail salon for his mom because she likes pedicures. I don't know what to get his dad. He likes sailing, biking and photography but I have a feeling he has everything he needs for those hobbies. Thanks for the help!

A: Hey I don't think that you have to get anything for her. I wouldn't. To me if you did it would seem like your trying to hard. I would stick with the ornament idea...maybe even make it yourself. You can never go wrong with a Christmas ornament! As for his dad I just asked my boyfriend what kind of stuff his dad is into and went from there. If he likes outdoorsy stuff then maybe some type of cooler. They have some really neat new stuff online like self cooling wine carriers and small travel totes for labtops and stuff. Good luck and Merry Christmas!

Q: What to give my friends for Christmas??? :)?
I have $63 (I may have more if I help around the house). Every year all my friends buy each other gifts. Not big gifts, little sweet presents. I want to give everyone pretty much the same thing, maybe a big present for my best friend. I was thinking making everyone a little box of candy and wraping it up?? Or personalizing an ornament with their name on it. What would you give out if you had to buy for like 10-15 ppl??? Thanks!!! We are 14-15 years old btw! thx!!

A: go to the dollar store and get a bunch of mugs, some candies, hot cocoa mix, and those goodie/treat baggies with a nice holiday print on them. put candies in the mugs and put the mug and some pkgs of cocoa mix in each bag and tie with pretty ribbon at the top. then attach your ornaments with their names on it with more ribbon and you have a perfect personal gift for all your friends!

Q: Okay to go ahead and give gift?
I was invited to my cousin's wedding (who I am not particularly close to) and there was a little card stuck down in it saying that they're having an "envelope wedding" which is just a sugar coated way of saying cash only. I was totally offended by it, but I feel like it would cause a big deal in the family if I skipped the wedding (which was my first inclination). The problem is, is that I had already purchased my gift for them, which is one of those silver engraved Christmas ornaments that have their names and the year on it and says "Our First Christmas". Since it's personalized, it's not like I can take it back. I know it was rude of her to ask for cash, but is it even more rude for me to give her a "real" gift? I mean, it's the thought that counts, right?

A: Go ahead and give them the gift you have already purchased, that is a lovely and thoughtful gift. If guarantee you will not by any means be the only one giving a "real" gift of your choosing. In my opinion, requesting or even hinting at at cash only gifts is incredibly tacky and rude.

Q: Crafty Christmas ideas.........?
I have a 10 and a 6 year old who love making special gifts for Christmas. I have not been able to come up with that "perfect" craft for this year. Grandparents, aunts, and uncles all have everything they need and want and there is just no reason for us to spend money on some trinket that will be forgotten and collect dust. We have made.........flower pots with hand/footprints, candy, homemade cocoa with chocolate covered spoons, ornaments, picture frames, plates with pictures, personalize coasters, jewelry and a few others I am forgetting right now. If you have an idea of a Christmas craft that your family enjoys making, I would love for you to share. Please give me your best Christmas craft ideas! Thanks!!!!

A: My kids and I have made picture frames from salt dough that are ornaments. I love to give and receive cookies in a jar. This year we are making everyone a mini scrapbook to keep relatives up to date on kids activities and accomplishments. Of course any baking is always appreciated.

Q: How do you determine how much garland to purchase for a tree?
I have a live Christmas tree that requires more and more decorations each year. Ornaments are not a problems because it is our tradition to purchase a few personalized ornaments or ornaments that remind of us a special time throughout the year. But Garland is another story. Every year I seem to be starting over, as the design from the year before is not available so I have to begin again. I plan on only decorating it up to 16 feet after that it will take it's place among the other trees in the yard. How much should I purchase for a 16 foot tree so I can make one final garland purchase? If I was buying cheap stuff I would buy oodles and oodles. But I am purchasing some rather pricy garland and want to get the right amount to be able to use it over and over instead of being wasteful and not reusing.

A: Garland is cheap at Wal-Mart or other discount houses or at the Dollar Store. Get two or three hundred feet of the stuff. Anything left over, donate to t he Salvation Army or your church. Don't overanalyze it.

Q: OMGOSH presenntsss =]]]!!!?
no one answered this so im reposting =/ im in a long distance relationship and im guna get my boyfriend personalized dove chocolates saying merry christmas and i love him and im guna paint him an ornament at one of those art cafe places do you think he'll like it? would u like it? be honest

A: Without knowing his age it's hard to tell, but as a mother of 3 sons, I have to tell you they would not be to impressed. Ornaments are for girls. Maybe a shirt with his favorite team, or something he's really interested in. You want to get him something he will show off all year round, ornaments are put away after Christmas.
